Lady Karame wanted to make sure that her slave got what he deserved. He had messed with her and she had to show him what she does to people who mess with her. She undressed him and rode him like a human pony. She did it mercilessly and he cried and begged her for mercy but she showed none of it to him. She nearly broke his back as she rode him.
Lady Karame wanted this guy to learn to respect her. She did not feel like he respected her enough. So she forced respect and fear by turning the guy into a human pony. He had no choice but to carry her around as well as to endure her whipping. He understood that if he was to avoid such punishment, he had to learn to respect her so he did it.
Lady Karame knew her slave expected her to slap him or trample him after he had made a mistake. She did not want him to get used to one method of punishment as it would cease to be effective. So she surprised him with a pony play punishment. She undressed him, whipped him and rode him like a pony. She rode him for hours on end till he could not carry her anymore.
